I am an eye liner junkie--I can live without lip products (minus chapstick), blush, and bronzer but I can NOT live without an eye liner. I've been on a search for the best true black, waterproof and smudge free liquid eye liner for a while now.
I use to use MAC's liquidlast liner and I still do once in awhile but I don't like how it dries out half way through and you can't even reach the bottom of the tube so it feels like I'm wasting so much product. I definitely don't recommend the liquidlast if you're a beginner because it's hard to control the brush. But that is the only liner that will stay on all day with no smudge and you can even swim with it on and it won't come off! I haven't found anything like it but I think I found the next best thing Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. I've been using this for the past week now and I must say I am impressed. This stayed on for 12 hours with no smudge! That is a huge plus for me because I have oily skin so my lids get super oily throughout the day and other liners will transfer on to my lids and give me raccoon eyes. (I always use primer with a neutral base eye shadow all over my lids to help keep it matte ) The soft felt tip is very easy to use and you can create a thin or thick liner with it. I haven't had any problems with the tip drying out on me--it stays wet the whole time I'm applying it.
Also the color is a true black which I love!
I definitely recommend this product and will be buying it again.
